Ummm should be Mouse Wheel Button. Just click your wheel in.

Probably my fault, if someone doesn't specify PC or Console when posting in the General Discussion forum and I can't tell from context, they usually end up in console when I move them.

I found it! Middle mouse button. Press the scroll button.
