connection problems with patch 1.12! | Forums

Hi, I recently bought The settlers 7 Path to kingdom and updated to patch 1.12.
I started playing the campain and it went great so I saved the game when I had to stop play to start again the next day.
But when I had loaded the game the day after, it worked for about 5 minutes,
then I got an error message that said I lost internet connection and that I would expect it would start again when it was up again.

Is there possibly a way to play offline or how can I fix it?

That is just one of the least popular features of this game. Although one of the moderators said they have patched the game to play offline, I think it was just a mistake. I have not seen anything yet.
