Problem witn Uplay | Forums

I just want to play the game and Uplay keeps asking me to log on which I have done and I have tried changing my password and chaning my log on name but it still will not let me play the ****ing game that I have paid for even in off line mode, surely it can not be that difficult to let someone play the game thatn they have paid for. Or is this a simple case of fraud.
