I 've got a great problem with my saved games. I've been playing Heroes VI for some time, and lately when I wanted to play I couldn't load my last saved files, every time there are only some saved games, always the same which I played few days ago. I tried few times and there is always the same effect. When I try to load my last saved games they all are gone, instead of them there are always the same files saved a few days before. It started 2 days ago. Help me, what should I do.

Good day. I have a problem with saved games too. Today 07/09/2012 I wanted to play a saved game yesterday (July 8, 2012) and the last game was on 03/07/2012. : ( I am angry. Please correct your mistake.

I've been having this problem of saved games disappearing since the new UPlay started up .... today was a even bigger bummer as I lost and can't load the finalization of one scenario and the start of the new next one .... about 4 hours of game play lost .... why hasn't Ubisoft looked into this ... all of the online games I've played have some issues but this has been going on for a week or more ... makes me want to go and play Diablo 3 more often but I Love this game and have played everyone since it started way back when ... great disappointment for me, today on my B-Day ... happy B-Day to me I guess ... could someone at uplay look into this ... I know my system and internet are not the problem ... game synchronize always seems to go back and forth and takes forever sometimes ... enjoy the day and hope for a solution soon ... Gosling44

After last update synchronyzation with the cloud becomes more longer and sometimes its fault. my saved after update games don't synchronizes and disappears!

I'm having the exact same problems too. Whenever I quit the game and come back later, my newer saves are completely gone. Yet sometimes if I quit and restart the game some newer/other saves will be there (but this doesn't always happen too).

I have no idea what's going on and it's driving me crazy that I keep losing my save games (and time)!

Glad it isn't me then. Happened last week, had played week previously (can only play on Fridays usually) - so played on 06.27 all was good. Played then on 07.03 and all of my hard work from the previous week was gone. Finished barborous seven campaign, saved the start of the next campaign, deleted all of my saved games but 2. Went to play today and the stupid thing reverted back to the saved games i had deleted. Seriously?!?! Has anyone been fired in ubisoft because this is really pathetic. Great game. love it. but this is like the final straw. UPlay and cloud gets a Failing grade, other things start with F as well!

Just tryed to play again. A patch was installed to fix the saved games. The first several attempts wouldn't allow me to connect to the conflux. So I tried to load an off-line game. Before the load finished I went to the post game report. On my fourth attempt I connected to the conflux. I still only see the games from last week. I loaded the last game available. Before the load finished, I went to the post game report. I can't load any saved games at this point.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one with this problem...

There is hope, though, at least a small one: when it happened to me yesterday, I quit the game and restarted it (closed down uPlay as well) and then I had my latest save game ready. I'm going to try it again momentarily, but just wanted to post here first. I don't know if it made a difference, probably not, but when I closed it down yesterday (after seeing the save games were old), I force-quit uPlay. Don't think it matters, but just wanted to throw it out there anyway.

I think there's something highly unacceptable about buying a game and not being able to load your most recent save files. Why does every game feel the need to force an internet connection on you? Aren't we supposed to move forward in game technology instead of backwards? This is such a mess and really quite unfathomable that a paying customer's (and one whose childhood includes fond memories of Heroes III) experience should be hampered by something this silly.

I really, truly hope that my recent save-game is ready when I restart the game now.

Ubisoft, please treat your customers right. I doubt the majority of us wants a system where our saved games aren't just saved locally and we can play the game even without being hooked to the internet.

In other news, I've been enjoying this game, the music in particular I hope I can continue to do so!

Edit: nope, didn't work today ****... I'll just keep trying a few more times. It just feels like a really stupid problem to have.

Edit 2: thank God, finally worked after 4 or 5 tries. I avoided force-quitting this time, maybe that made a difference. Or maybe it's just a game of roulette. Whatever the case, it needs to be fixed :-/

Hope the rest of you are as lucky as I am! Keep trying, your save-games might just appear

Edit 3: oh, you have GOT to be kidding me! The game just crashed while loading the savegame I had FINALLY reacquired?! Some kind of god entity is having a major laugh right now :'(
