Neighbors not showing up. | Forums

I have sent requests to facebook friends who also play. They have accepted and have become neighbors, but they don't show up at the bottom of my page. Is there a limit on the number of neighbors you can have? Because I've stayed at 5 neighbors even after the later ones accepted the requests.

I had this happen today, too.
Sent a colleague request to a FB friend; she accepted. I acknowledged the acceptance message, and then the House application turned darkened (like the lights were out at the hospital).

I couldn't get it to respond, so I closed the tab and reloaded.

My friend does not appear among my colleagues. Nor can I send her a new request because she does not appear on the invite screen (presumably the game thinks that she is already a colleague). I however cannot see her, nor can I use her for consults or shared investigations.
