I can see some of my saved games, but they are not the most recent ones
Saved game data is synchronized when you quit the game. If you find that your progression is not up to date when launching the game, please exit the game and restart. This solves the issue in most cases.
Also, make sure you let enough time for the synchronization to take place when you quit a game and do not close the client before it is done.

This does not solve the issue at all for me. Every time I play, save, and pick up the next day I'm still missing hours of game play from Heroes of Might and Magic 6 and no amount of launching you play and loading game/exiting game/ loading the game without exiting Uplay seems to change that. I put up with that for a couple of days but it is very annoying to have to play hours of game play over agian every single time i want to play.

edit: I make sure I have a successful sync every time i sync the game. Also autosaves are NEVER up to date (still from the 3rd of July I believe), only my custom saves are close and like i said they are always hours older than my stopping point.

Here some known issues by me with new uplay:
1. If a check in the "remember me" box on the login window, the uplay connect next time it starts and after that and so on. (Workaround: can't connect; go offline; click go online -> fail again; close uplay; start again -> login window)
2. 75% of the heroes 6 starts fails with frozen black window. Maybe the new patch or the new uplay because it was fine before that, but it sucks. (Workaround ctrl+alt+del; start task manager; kill heroes 6 process; try again)
3. After I played several hours yesterday with heroes 6 this uplay synced my savegames and overwrote it with my saves from the day before yesterday. ROARRRRRRRRR (Workaround: turn off sync)

After the uplay 2.0 was released all my saved games for veteran + 50% of the challenges completed, all my unlocked weapons are no longer saved on my game. I finished the game completely and wanted to do elite now and i have nothing for saved games under veteran or any of my unlocked weapons.

i bought settlers 7 from steam but i dont play via steam ..downloaded n game iso and use that installation and playing since last year (untill the uplay v2 update) ...but after updating this uplay v2, it says enter your key code ..and if i enter again is says cd key in use ..anyways the problem is on uplay shows that settlers 7 not linked to this account :O when i playing past one year from this account :O no solution for this? that shortcut suggestion didn't work

I have yet to hear anything back from the tech support after submitting a question about my saved games. How long does this process take ( considering the patch took 3 weeks) I would hope it was less time than getting a patch update?

hELLO I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WITH DRIVER SAN FRANCISCO IT ALSO IS NOT STEAM RELATED I HAVE ON A DVD! SUPPORT SAID UNINSTALL AND RE DOWNLOAD THROUGH THE CLIENT HOW CAN I DO THAT WHEN I HAVE DVD PLEASE HELP UNHAPPY WITH THIS UPLAY 2.0

Is it a know issue, that games bought on Steam are only randomly appearing in Uplay? Eg, my games with Ubi Launcher are Splinter Cell Conviction, Prince of Persia Forgotten Sands, AC: Brotherhood and From Dust. But only 2 (AC:B and From Dust) appear in the Uplay client. Will you eventually be able to download all registered games with Uplay? Or is it just random luck, that those two appear in Uplay?

yes that is it exactly uCantplay now as our update rollout broke ur sh this is total !! BS i cant play driver SF anymore as uplay says this my game is already in use another account and i only have one account ,great testing ubi
