Post [PROPOSAL] Adding a system of game management and system improvement.

    Hi all,

Following many complaints present since the beginning of the beta and also thanks to many proposition, I tought it would better to let the player can choose his game, configuration, and these enemies. All this without forgetting the logic of the developers and the organization of that game and provided without deleting the current system.

So I propose a system (at least the model) that could solve many complaints of matchamking and also to that player can choose the game.

But before I let you discuss these proposals must know one thing : the models have were designed so that the interface is accessible and understandable to the largest number of players, so little explanation as to content models will be present on this post.

I am also aware that the devs have priority for the bug fix so I tried to avoid to add unnecessary options.

The french players are rather favorable to this system.

    1. Game creation :

This is the interface to create a blank game. The options are reduces to minimun to ensure rapid action and comfortable playing.
The filter level option is used to allow only some people who have fiver or fewer levels of difference to your level.
The private option is used to create a private game that only your friends can join with an invitation from you (does not appear in the list of game).

    2. Game list :

This is the interface that lists the available games, this is where you can reach a specific game or else opt for an automatic game if you have no preference or you want to play quickly.
If a game is red, it means you don't have the level required to access this game (remember level filter).

    3. Match Lobby :

This is the interface when you join a game, this interface makes the transition between the menu and the battlefiels.
If all players are ready when the party starts even if the waiting time is not over.
The star next to the username is the master of the game, it comes with such privilege allowing him temporarily to expel a player in the game (the privileges are
only used in the match lobby).

Great idea and presentation, good job on the extra work you put into designing this. The menus could use some polishing but are easy to access and intuitive.

I support this model and would love to see something like this in game.

Good idea, but some problems coming with this:

    • Where will the server be made, who will host?
Ubisoft only has a certain amount of servers. If people will be able to host their own, what will happen when the host leaves, crashes, ...
    • What is the minimum amount of players?
Less than 4 players per team seems pretty boring (personally I think 6 is minimum)
    • XP, RP and loot?
Is it that smart to have people gain any of these on self hosted and/or private matches. The way it is now, it is less likely that people have themselves killed/let the other team win on purpose so the other could gain extra XP or RP or vice versa. Daily Challenges, events and achievements will also not really be challenges or achievements anymore.
    • Fireteams with level differences.
What if a fireteam with e.g. lvl 10-20-5-1 wants to join a server with maximum level deviation of 5 on let's say 10. What will happen to the persons with lvl 20 and 1?
    • GM per match can be annoying.
What if a player keeps killing the GM and the GM goes in a rage. Result will be most likely a kick of the player. Even worse: the GM is losing so he kicks some stronger enemy players. I don't want to be pessimistic, but do keep in mind that people like that exist.

Ubisoft always (so the people don't able to host), I thinking to a system for limit the number of game which are created.
(exemple : You don't create a new game if they have 2 more times to free slot that players in the lobby (not in game)).

I don't think there will be a real impact on the loot or XP ...

The group can't join this game if it have a level filter, it's to block the undesired level. So just go to an other game or create a new game.

For this, it's only about of the player, but :

the privileges are only used in the match lobby
    It's to limit the damage.
