    Where can I buy deniable ops insurgency pack?

    Like the title says, where can I buy this DLC pack? I can't buy it off Steam cause I don't own the game on Steam, I own the retail version which I play through Uplay and it doesn't activate on Steam. I've searched the Uplay shop up and down but I can't find it. Steam is the only place where I can see it for sale. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
