Right, it's a shame we have to remind the developers that we are still waiting to play the game we bought :\.
You really need to upgrade your OS.

About MS support for xp: I don't care, I don't need their support because everything works fine. And that's why I'm not thinking about spending money on new expensive OS. Not that my PC couldn't run it.
It doesn't matter if we want to update our OS or not. Give what was promised and is rightfully ours.
I didn't pay to have a game sitting around not being able to play it

MS does support XP, and will until 2014
ubi shouldnt have had xp as one of the (un)supported platforms when they were preselling, but even if it was meant to work on xp it wouldn't anyway, its not like win7 is supported, if it was the bloody game would work.
