Great joke, write a ticket. Just repair the bug. This game is unplayable, very unstable client.

Guys I found the solution, if your laptop using 2 GPU (Nvidia graphics card and an integrated one)
Then go to your Nvidia Control Panel, then to Manage 3D Setting, click on Program Setting Tab and then click add! Search for the games .exe file (The file that you would click to start the game).
Then on (2.) change the Integrated Graphics to Nvidia in the dropdown. Click apply and then start your game, and BOOM, error message is gone

The same thing with AMD cards, go to it's 3D settings and make sure that the game is running on that card instead of the intergrated graphics card.
