Can't change my Hero Avatar on Uplay.com | Forums

Hello,

I can't change my Hero Avatar on Uplay.com I click on a different hero, nothing happens. I tried both Firefox 12 & IE9.
Also my current avatar isn't showing on my installed Uplay program.

Please fix this. Thanks in advance!

This is happening to me too. When i try to edit my avatar all stays like this. Everything in white, nothing selectable or clickable. Already updated adobe flash player, tried in IE, Firefox, Chrome. A friend of mine edited his own avatar in his own pc, but when i logged in my account in his pc, the same error happened. Is my account bugged or what?

I get the same screen when trying to edit my avatars. I contacted tech support and just got told the usual bull about try IE, disable script blockers, or to disable all other background programs! None of which helps the situation at all....

I can't choose a different hero avatar either. It can't be script or whatever related because I can customise the boy/girl avatars.

Still same issue here, did the usual jump through every hoop suggested by tech support. Until they basically said it was not their fault and now nothing. I can log into my wife's Uplay on my browser/pc fine and edit straight away. Also tried the "leave it for a while and it will load" suggestion from another thread still nothing. I have given up on this being fixed tbh

I had the same problem when I first tried to change my avatar, after a while I was able to edit it though. It also took Uplay a while to recognise the changes I had made. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful but in my case I just had to wait a few days.

I have a little diferent Problem. I CAN edit my avatar, and everything (already did that couple times) but I still cant see on my avatar on uplay. So I edit avatar and saved it, than I start one of my games and my avatar screen is nothing (that shadow guy with uplay sign.) I dont understand.

We're performing a few tests, then Avatars should be back up within Uplay later today.
