This Game Has Turned Into A Mine Game

    So what has happened?

People have unlocked the stun mines and now, you get stunned everywhere you go. You can't run to an objective without getting stunned by an enemy mine which is ridiculous.

This game is going to die because more people will start leaving as more players unlock the mines and scatter them all over the place. The game will no longer be fun when you are stunned the majority of the time and getting data hacked.

Throwing emps doesn't even help... You destroy one mine and you run into another...

I don't even know what to say anymore, it's just pointless to even argue. The people abusing these mines are going to defend them as if they are completely legit and fair.

    This is what I recommend:

Remove Highlighted Downed Soldier: There's no need to highlight the soldier who activated the mine. Its bad enough that he's just laying there, but to highlight the person is adding insult to injury.

Detonation: Set and forget items are too cheap. Every gadget in this game should be controlled, even the setry turret.

Snake's Tactics: Lol just for fun, you should be able to crawl past them

I know most of you will disagree but can you imagine how horrible this game will get when everybody relies on these so called tactics of placing npc equipment to do most of the work? It's already happening and its just God awful.

The sentry gun, claymore, and stun mine are probably the three most powerful pieces of equipment in the game, simply because they are set and forget.

I don't mean this an an insult but it sounds like you're playing as a lone wolf. If you stick with your squad, tripping a stun mine isn't the end of the world. I do agree about the ammo boxes though - there's nothing worse than trying to defend an objective and having an endless barrage of nades and tubes landing all around you.

Sentry Gun, as far as I've seen, kills Riflemen with three shots, takes up to ten shots from an AR to destroy, and - and that's the most annoying - stays for quite some time if you die. All other deployable equipment vanishes with your death, but the Sentry Gun...

But all of these have counters, from Sensor Grenades highlighting equipment, to simply NOT running heedlessly to your next objective, or at least not running ALONE. I get the race to the first objective, but if the enemy has it, then they will set-up traps for you. I use the Claymores myself, mostly to keep my back clear before hacking an objective, and it's amazing how many people repeatedly run into them, even when detected.

I know this sounds overbearing, but Stun-Mines lose their effectiveness against two or more players - one can just wait, use the other as bait for the would be hacker to appear, or try to revive him. Or just one player that does not run around.

I do agree though that ammo boxes should not restock equipment - no matter what, from UCAV, to Frags or Tube Grenades, to Claymores or Sensor Grenades. If any at all, only Smoke Grenades and Flashbangs should be resupplied. Or at least just once per live. Equipment should only come from the Resupply Objectives - but only Conflict has those objectives, so what to do for the other game modes?

I think if they will change that at all, it will be a limit to how often you can use the Ammo Box.

    This is what I recommend:

Delayed detonation: Make it so you can atleast run pass the mines. If you're walking then that's fine but if you're running you should be able to avoid impact.

Remove Highlighted Downed Soldier: There's no need to highlight the soldier who activated the mine. Its bad enough that he's just laying there, but to highlight the person is adding insult to injury.

Limit to two per team: This would remove the amount that can be placed significantlly reducing the amount that are on the field at any given time. They should be used to cover an objective not surprize somebody who's just coming out of the spawn.

Limit to one per person: Idk if you get more than one, but if you do, you should only get one. There's no need for two.

Resuply at objective, not ammo box: You should only be able to resuply at objective in order to keep over usage.

I know most of you will disagree but can you imagine how horrible this game will get when everybody relies on these so called tactics of placing npc equipment to do most of the work? It's already happening and its just God awful.
    I totally disagree.

    1. Sensors detect mines, and thus making it possible to find a way to get rid of them. And even without them, they're quite easy to be seen. Unless you're running around lone-wolfing that is. Besides, people shouldn't be just running to the objectives blindly. It's always possible to check the surroundings before going towards it. I do. And I play rifleman all the time.

    2. Throwing EMP grenades DOES help. It destroys all the equipment within its blast radius.

    3. Delayed detonation and selective detonation make the whole thing pointless. Considering the balance between the classes, I'm afraid your idea is absurd. And I say again, I don't play scout at all. I play rifleman. And even I think it is.

    4. Remove highlighted downed soldier? No. It's one of the fun factors of playing as a team!!

    5. Limitation restricts players' freedom and their own way of playing the game. Players should be allowed to choose whatever equipment they want to use.

    6. You obviously haven't played this game enough. You cannot resupply your equipment from ammo boxes. You can't.

I understand that some players "abuse" the characteristic and equipment -although I want to say they just have better skill and their understanding of the game's system is better than yours- but you can always, ALWAYS counter them with your skill, teamwork, and most of all, by having better understanding of the game's system.

I, personally, think all the classes are quite balanced, except the damage of the sniper rifles should be BUFFED, but their rate of fire and accuracy when firing OFF-SCOPED should be decreased. The accuracy of the LMGs' could be better, but, well, I'm almost happy as it is right now.

Anyway, instead of asking to NERF something, learn to play the game, and most importantly, PLAY AS A TEAM. And I assure you, it'll be much much more fun.

I said stick with them, not to them. I'm not suggesting you hold hands and skip to the objective!

LOL. Pictured this in my head and made it me laugh so hard.

I just don't see how I could ever have time to check EVERY corner, and throw EMP grenades EVERYWHERE, on my way to an objective. I mean, I have two minutes to get to an objective which I will probably die a couple of times trying to capture. I don't have time to take it slow. I need to be fast and tactical, not slow and OCD. Placing a claymore isn't "tactical", yet it requires the entire other team to move at 50% speed or less, checking every corner on their way to the objective.

For an equipment that is solely a set-and-forget weapon, it has way too much of an impact on the battlefield. It's like if there was an equipment that, upon use, instantly EMP'd every person on the opposing team. The enemies would then have to take their time and communicate, making sure that the guys next to them aren't enemies. Don't lie to yourself. That's a perfect analogy.

So now I have to throw a sensor at a mine and then what? Turn back around because I can't shoot it from my positon?

These guy say's that emps do work as if I said they didn't... What I said was that you will come across more than one and I don't want to spam emps to be ale to enjoy the game. In a span of one minute, I got stuned by 3 mines because I ran out of emps. The game plays too fast for you to have the luxury of taking your sweet time and looking everywhere.

As far as the lone wolf thing, I never play this game alone. I always wait for people I know to get on because I'm not breaking my head by playing solo.

It's like I said, people are too stuborn in their ways to adapt to this type of gameplay and because of that the servers will be dry before you know it. Nobody wants to be forced to deal with all of this bs and I find it hard to believe that there are people who actually get a thrill out of allowing a piece of equipment to do all of the work for them, but I guess there are... Sigh... Nobody is up for a straight up confrontational game anymore, there always has to be something gay to accommodate weakness.

A player who can outgun people the majority of the time is being restricted by these gadgets so that other players can get a chance to play... It's quite sad really...
