    Ubisoft, stop ignoring the customers and actually help?

    I've been asking the same question now and just end up being ignored. I've contacted your support team and they haven't replied in 5 days. Your Uplay system is full of bugs, there are tonnes of topics here requesting help and I don't see any member actually saying anything. Even a reason to why you are ignoring us. You boast these apps out for IOS and Android but don't actually help anyone to use them. What's the point?

    Hi guys, if you have been waiting for more than two working days for a reply from support, then please re-open the ticket by adding more information. You should have received an acknowledgement email when you opened the ticket, so please check all junk folders.
