Secondhand games sales.
Looks like it has been a bad day for the likes of Ubisofts Uplay and steam, as the European court has decided that you can sell your games, even the digital versions after all.
So it looks like if Ubisoft tries and stops you from selling the game you bought from them, and you stay in the EU, then it will be them that's breaking the law not you.
This will also do massive damage to both the new XBOX and PS4 as both were going to have some kind of system to stop secondhand game sales. Should be interesting to see just where this leads to as I have no doubts that the likes of Ubisoft will be challenging this in the courts.

It's going to take a while for the dust to settle on that one, there're bound to be challenges.
