    This error is usually caused by a tampered windows hosts file. If you messed with that then you probably know how to fix it.

    Hello Hero fans,

    I'll keep it short and simple. There is nothing anyone can do to fix it. The issue does not lie with our machines or internet connection, but a result of a failed attempt to launch an opening beta with faulty servers and server support.

    There is no point on coming to these forums to complain or expect some sort of answer because you will not find it. There is no communication from the development team. There is no communication from Ubisoft. And there is certainly no communication from the community managers Aza404 and SpaceElephant.

    So in short wait for the official release, and don’t be surprise if it suffers from the same issues.

    After all, as one member but it in the Heroes 6 fourms, this is Ubisoft not blizzard. LOL.

    Well I can only suggest you read more of the forum then as we are quite present and giving as much information as we can.
    Please remember that the game was launched barely two weeks ago and we are still figuring out ourselves what issues there are in the game and how to fix them... Therefor we do not have all the answers yet and count on your help to keep reporting issues so we can look into them.

    To come back to the original subject of this thread, please contact support about this so they can figure out if your issue is indeed linked to network issues on our side or if it is due to an issue on your side.
