Says I'm Inactive | Forums

My neighbors in the game say they can't visit my farm and get a message saying I am inactive. I also can't do any activities and get the message an error occured please reload the game. I play daily, but never get the daily bonus and by no means am I inactive. I have cleared my cookies and tried different browsers. Please fix this. Thank you.
