[BROKEN] Product key! | Forums

Hello all, I received IL2 about a month ago and never put the product key in to steam. now when I try to put the product key in, it said that the key has been used before i dont know what to do... Please help and if I need to post this somewhere else please let me know...



The key looks like this but with the #'s & letters:
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
and with out the color obviously...



Oh and ill remove this if any of you think its spam but id like to say that
I make Logo's, desktop back ground's, and a few other things....

Contact the retailer where you bought the game, it's their responsibility to provide a working key.
If they can't or wont assist, contact Ubisoft support with proof of purchase.
