I am talking about the Star ones, the ones that add to the lore. I know that the regular missions, like "poison the water," will loop. So do the Star ones end? I check my history and I have done some, then they pop up again. Maybe I am not saving the game right or something...

Yes, the Star missions will come up multiple times. They loop more slowly than the regular missions, but I have seen the same one appear more than once during a game.
