I am going to take a guess at this but sounds like you might have some sort of spyware or virus causing this issue.

Or an issue with the memory. The minute he start it tries to access or alocate memory and reboots. I suggest do a memtest.

First thing what you need to do is get the program itself. It is called memtest86+, you can download it here:
    http://www.memtest.org/#downiso

The best one would be the USB one, then you don't need to burn a cd for it. Make sure the USB you are going to use is empty, if it formats it you don't want to loose valuable information on it.
Then you reboot your computer then you got it installed on your USB and make sure you boot from that USB. If it does not happen you go into your bios (press the DEL button or F2, depends on your mainboard) and change the boot order so that the USB starts first.

If you don't have an USB just burn it on a CD and set your priority boot on your DVD-ROM in your bios if it does not boot from it. The choice on what you want to use is yours.

Then you let the program run. Let it pass 2 or 3 times just to make sure. If you get errors you will notice on the screen. Let us know the results

What we will be doing next is stress testing tour GPU and CPU. The best way to do it is by downloading a benchmark named 3dMark:

    http://www.3dmark.com/3dmark11/

The basic version is free. If you want to install it, after that you just run it. It will test your graphic on the load and your CPU as well.
I am letting you do this because i noticed while testing yesterday this game takes 100% load of my GPU all the time.

Rightclick on the program and run it as a administrator.
