F.A.Q. for Payment System Test (Ghost Coin Testing)
What is the purpose of this test?
To test our Ghost Coin payment system in a live-environment, and receive feedback from our selected participants
Can anyone help test?
This is an invitation only test. Players who have been invited to participate will have received an email from Ubisoft containing the details of the test. Players who did not receive this invitation will need to wait until Open Beta to purchase Ghost Coins.
We are keeping this test invitation only to help mitigate any potential problems. For those players who haven't received the invite, don't worry you will get your chance in Open Beta!
Which payment options are available for testing?
Only PayPal and credit cards work at this time.
How secure is the payment?
Our payment is handled entirely by Playspan, a VISA company – it is the safest way to pay and millions of gamers use it every year.
What if I see an error?
Contact customer service. We have backend tools that can help track where it went wrong and we can usually fix your issues related to payment quite quickly.
My Currency is not supported!
We currently only support USD. Your local credit card may charge a transaction fee if you reside outside of the United States.

I was charged but I do not see Ghost Coins (GC)/ I didn’t get an email confirmation but I do see my Ghost Coins in my profile/wallet
If any error occurs, please contact customer service with as many details about your steps, but especially your Ghost Recon Online username and chosen payment option.
- Please only use the latest versions of Internet Explorer (7+), Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera. Apple Safari has some compatibility issues that we are trying our best to fix.
- It is highly recommended you log out of the game once and log back in to confirm your Ghost Coins balance if you see any issues.
*Known issue - you will only get a confirmation email the first time you use a credit card. You get the confirmation ID after every transaction, but if you would want a copy via email for your records, please do not save your Credit Card info on the pop-up. This way the system will treat each transaction as new and send you an email.
