Hi. I have been trying to play the game pretty much all day. Everytime I go to play, it gets stuck on the loading screen. Is anyone else having this issue? It's rather annoying considering I love playing the game and wanted to get in my play today so I don't loose my daily bonus streak.

Me too, seems like it starts at approx 11pm or 12am for me
I have the same problem when trying to play through the Chrome browser but find that the game loads correctly through Internet Explorer. Try using a different browser until support can resolve the issue. HTH
Mine not working for months now
I have raised a report with the support team- and all I got back was a working on it but no current fix date. This has now been ongoing for over a month. They take your money and give you no game in return. Please can we get this sorted now.

Refresh your web page (Press the F5 Key within any given browser).
Restart your browser and ensure that all windows/browser tabs are closed
Try a different browser ie. Chrome, Firefox, IE
