I don't play SH5 but I do read post on here and you may have to wait until the time is up to complete or you are in the wrong base because it moved.
This is just a guess but something to look at.
Hopefully someone will come by and read your post and will be able to help out.

Hello, new missions come at certain dates. If you have none, just sail around freely hunting. You will be notified by radio when a new mission becomes available.

same prob here but found thaT BASES WAs moved to wilhmshaven(?) look for the big sub icon at bases and that will show you where you are supposed to return to..
