ive been trying to download the game but it seems to not want to work. i accept the terms and agreement and then the ghost recon launcher screen goes black and nothing ever comes up its just black forever. can i get some help?

Hey general,

Please submit a support ticket detailing your issues and include your DxDiag. If you are unsure of how to retrieve this information, please follow the instructions below: 1. From Windows, click Start->Run
2. In the Open: box, Type DXDIAG
3. Click the save button to save the file as a text file in your Desktop.

Then attach the DxDiag to your support ticket. You can use the link under my signature to send in the ticket. Thanks!
