Has anyone else been experiencing the Engine Assertion Error or the "Bloomberg Error"? Why does the Customer Support Need our DirectX Diagnostic Logs? (DXDIAG)
We've had report of Bloomberg errors for some time - a permanent solution is still in the works. We request dxdiag logs to rule out hardware issues, and through the collection of many, can determine a common thread between components and errors encountered.
