Getting some weird sound issues lately. Specifically, it sounds kinda like Ghost Team has decided to take up beat-boxing. Along with everyone and everything else.
Meaning, randomly, dialogue will stutter. So either the Ghosts have realized a newfound love for dubstep, or I have an issue.
A funny one, but still an issue.

Game just started stuttering for me. Unplayable. Using Omega Striker 7.1 soundcard. It was play fine for about two days. And this all occurred after 1.3 patch.
Update: The stuttering began with the last mission "Shattered Mountain". After suffering my way through this and finally finishing, I selected earlier missions and the sound only stutters rarely. So, I don't know if it's a problem with my soundcard or the level of complexity in that last mission that causes the echo/stuttering.

why does my game crash before showing the main menu everytime now? the game has been broken for 3 weeks and it broke the day i beat the main campaign. this ****ing sucks so badly. ive never had such a bad experience with a game. and u keep pushing out updates but ive had the game on steam since it unlocked on june 26th and it has never updated even once. worst experience playing a really fun game ever. now it just sits there. my $55 virtual paper weight.
I have googled stuff and read around, and it seems I am yet another user suffering the unbearable stuttering audio effects throughout the game. Only seems to disappear momentarily when I quit and start the game again, or during cut-scenes.
All my drivers (and windows 7 stuf) are up to date:- using Creative SB X-Fi Titanium sound card.
It's a shame. Ubisoft makes great games but they always seem to be inundated with tech problems on PC. I have suffered no other PC related bugs on other major games released over the past 2 years.
Looking forward to a patch, if or when it arrives.
played this game just fine until 3 weeks ago, i had just beat the campaign mode and switched off the game, when i went to play the next time i would crash right at the main menu. all i did between it breaking and not breaking was i added a bunch of names to my friends list under uplay so i could have some people to play coop with and i had beat the campaign. ever since then my game will not run. i have a brand new ivy bridge i7 cpu on an asus sabertooth z77 motherboard and windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. you couldn't get a better platforum for this game to run on and everything i have is updated, my asus motherboard drivers, my graphics card, winodws updates and service pack 1. and i just reinstalled ghost recon for the sixth time on to a fresh install with nothing ghost recon left under add remove programs, nothing ghost recon under my documents, and no ghost recon folder under steam. ive talked to two techs for weeks and they have no answer to fix this game, ive also verified files under steam and even ran the ghost recon "safe mode" under uplay, ive also played with both steam and uplay overlays disabled.
so, why does my game not work????

Lobby chat constantly looses focus
why cant i move drone with mouse instead of arrow keys
wasd doesnt work when i want to select spawn point, again have to chose with arrow keys
#1 Lobby chat needs a fix, as soon a new player enters it "exits" the chatbox if your typing, same goes if someone is leaving, voting or going in and out of any other menus inside the lobby
(confirming this issue (#1) since others already reported it)
#2 When voting for map clicking on the picture wont change the picture, only using the "arrows" will change the picture at some occasions.
