Here's my feedback, this trash is optimized like trash, thus being trash.

Get on that. Even on low on a 560 I get terrible FPS and mouselag.

OK... I enabled the Guest account on my PC... logged off then signed into that account and ran GR:FS... game loaded at default 720p settings so changed the graphics settings to 1920x1200, DX11 and maxed the rest of the settings.

Main menu then looked nice and sharp... hell, I could even read the version number in the top-left corner of the screen which I couldn't before with my (true) Administrator account and the same settings at 1920x1200.

Loaded the Campaign and the graphics looked excellent. Sharp and definitely running at 1920x1200 with little to no jaggies (since in-game AA was enabled). And, most importantly, of all I could use the keyboard to move (oddly I could not turn with the mouse though) and the controller (which I could both move and turn with using the analogue sticks). I could switch between the two just fine. When I exited the Campaign though to the main menu the text went back to looking all sub-HD/blurry and I could no longer read the version number in the top corner properly. It's like the menu had switched from 1200p to 720p or lower again. Didn't have time to retry the Campaign but I'm guessing that it too would have had its graphics reset to 720p + defaults.

So why the heck does the game work on the Guest account and not my normal Administrator account?

I just want to say first that I know others have their opinions, but I am having fun with this game. I like the 3rd person perspective, I like the gadgets, game play,etc. I still play splinter cell conviction. I am having a few issues that I hope can be resolved. My main issue is the lack of crossfire support, when I enable it the screen tearing, hitching and stuttering make the game impossible to play. If there are any ways to improve it let me know. Also when can we expect a patch to get crossfire working.

There is my bug i got weird shadow & lightning like they're too much lightning and pixelised as hell and same for shadow.

i don't have the time to get a screen more explicit for the lightning bug but basicly when you get to the ladder in the first mission (for example) the light look like a plate white/yellow completly pixelised. i'll try to make another screen for you.

Running GRFS in triple monitor obviously doesn't work right now. However, while running in Xfire with dual Radeon HD 6950s, the game suffers terribly. Switching off Xfire and only running 1 card increases performance. Also, when trying to play in 1920x1080, only the middle 1/3 of my center monitor will be filled if I change my native resolution to the same. But if I keep the native resolution at 5760x1080 and have the ingame resolution at 1920x1080 the game will play at 5760x1080 and look horrible.. If I change the monitor to the same resolution, there is no fix. However, if i change the ingame resolution to 5760x1080 (my native resolution with triple monitors), the game plays at 1920x1080 on my center monitor and the performance hit is terrible. Right now I'm at the first helicopter mission (not sure what it is called) and I'm continually dying as the start up screen is finishing loading. Can't even get past the load screen before I see the start over at checkpoint screen because I hear my guy dying.

So why the heck does the game work on the Guest account and not my normal Administrator account?

This workaround seems to be far-fetched, but I tried doing this "fix" and guess what? It works! Still bugs me why GRFS works excellent when I use my Guest account while being complete and utter crap in my PC user account.

I feel that the digital release of this game was an unfinished build as my friend has the exact same computer as me but he bought the physical version of the game. I have two pictures of the exact same scene running on our computers (the frame rate is in the bottom left corner of the image). The top image is the physical version, and the bottom image is the digital version. There are DRASTIC differences between the two, which led me to believe that the steam version is either an incomplete build or a strange port of a console version (most likely xbox 360).

Below is the physical version. My friend says that without vsync, the frames are between 50 and 65 fps.

Below is the steam version. Take note of the shadows next to the character, the character model, the ambient occlusion, the textures, the anti-aliasing. Another note with this is the frame rate, the maximum frames i was getting was 45fps.

both of our systems are as follows:
GPU: GTX 580 1.5Gb
CPU: i7 2600k @ 4.5GHz (i don't know my friends clock speeds)
RAM: 16Gb (my friend has 12Gb, so i don't see how this will make mine run worse than his.)
Driver ver.: nvidia driver 301.42

We are also running the game at the exact same settings for comparison reasons:
All setting maxed out, vsync on, AA off.

I don't see how it would be difficult to update the steam version by replacing the download with the files located in the physical version. This would clearly solve all (or at least most) of the issues we are having. To be professional, i will not rant but i would hate to regret my purchase as my money is limited in my current position and the outcome of this event may affect my decision of future purchases from this company. Thank you for taking your time to read and/or respond to my issues.

I just got the game and was able to play the first mission after in the second mission the game freezed and went back to the desktop saying I have a graphics issue.
It also said there was a log of the issue somewhere, do you guys know where.
My computer uses two monitors, maybe that is an issue, It shouldn't be.

another issue, I can't lower the graphics for Campaign mode, only resolution, everything else is high even if I change it in options. However, guerilla mode works perfectly, without lags, audio stuttering. only the campaign mode. even fps would be fine like this, but audio stuttering is too anoying
