Sorry for the troll question, but:
if I got a X360 controller pluged in, game interface will show me the X360 buttons?
Plugged out, I must uninstall the gamepad driver? According the threads yes...LoL....

Mouse now working fix that worked for me.
For all of you that can use the keyboard without any issues but can not use you mouse to look around in the game try this. It worked for me!
The game when it starts if you have a game pad connected to your computer it chooses the game pad as default for use in the game. What I did,
I removed my game pad ****le out of my usb port to totally disconnect my game pad, started the game up and voila the mouse works flawlessly.
Cyborg R.A.T 7

No W,A,S,D movement respond.
No mouse respond except the middle mouse buttom
However, everything works fine in the firing range only. multiplayer don't work either.

Logitech G15 Keyboard
Razer DeathAdder 3.5 Blackedition
Xbox Controller
Couldnt move with either just the pad by itself, or keyboard mouse etc.
I did however get it fixed, unfortunately not how I want to do it but for now it at least will let me play till it gets sorted out. What I did was create another administrator account under windows 7 and then load up steam and the game on that with everything plugged in....controller, kb, mouse etc. I was then able to move using all 3 if I wanted and could play normally.
I went back to my main profile to test it again and see if it somehow fixed itself but no it did not. It seems I can only move when I am in the second profile that I just created.

It works! I can finally move and look with keyboard/mouse! I created new profile, not even admin, just standard user with no password. Started steam and everything works! This should be added to OP as temp workaround for those who couldn't play the game at all, like me. Thanks, Forte, thanks a lot.
The game has some sort of negative mouse acceleration or a "speed cap" which prohibits you from spinning around quickly, the issue is that this prevents players with certain sensitives from being able to do quick snappy movements that are still possible with higher sensitivities.
Description taken from the video:
GRFS: The game has negative accel or a "speed cap" built in that makes it impossible to spin around quickly if you have a low sensitivity. In the video I do a few slow 360's to show minimal/no negative accel and then I start to do faster 360's which exhibit negative acceleration.
TF2: Used as an example of a game with near perfect mouse input. There is no negative acceleration or any form of acceleration, the only negative accel you see is from me moving my mouse (Zowie EC2 EVO) so quickly that it malfunctions
Test conducted with:
Sensitivity - ~16"/360 (40.6cm/360)
Mouse - Zowie EC2 evo @ 450dpi, 1000hz
Mousepad - Razer Goliathus Speed Alpha
I have also tested a few other mice to try to rule out a hardware problem, I also tried a Razer Deathadder, a Logitech G400, and a Logitech G500 all with similar results. I would really like to see 1:1 mouse response and I'm sure others would too.
