roclaf13 is right. If he's been defrauded by being sold a broken product his bank will refund the money to him. The problem is that Ubisoft still gets the sale and the retailer, usually Steam or Amazon, gets the sale voided. It only hurts retailers. After being abused by EA support and spending 45 hours trying to get Battlefield 3 to work during the first 2 weeks of launch, I called Amazon and received a refund in 5 minutes. Ghost Recon is unplayable in it's current state, so as a defrauded customer it only makes sense to seek a refund. I just wish we could hurt Ubisoft's bottom line.
