    Windowed Mode

    Hey Guys,

I know this has been posted in the tech support section, but there doesnt seem to be a reply there.
I am wondering if there is any way to play the steam version of this game in windowed mode (for streaming purposes)???

I have tried adjusting the cfg file in My Documents, but whenever I startup the game it changes back to True....
I Changed it back to false and adjusted to file to be read only but still no luck...

I have also tried dxwnd (latest version), i used to use that for Rainbow Six Vegas, but the game just hangs when I try using that

Anyone have any luck getting this game windowed? Or know any workaround?

I just set the full screen to False and saved the file. I did not have to changed it read only.

No, Alt-Enter bounces off this turd, and so does changing the config file.

Yea I have the steam version. Have you unchecked Read Only and clicked Apply? Also remember to save it after you have made the change to full screen.

What are you using to edit the file?
What is you screen resolution in the cfg file?

I am using Programmer's notepad to edit the file
This is what my cfg file look like, Goodluck

    AmbientOcclusion False
    Antialiasing False
    DetailObjects Middle
    DirectX11 False
    Fullscreen False
    GammaCorrection 50
    GlobalIllumination Middle
    ImprovedPhysics False
    MotionBlur False
    ParallaxMapping False
    Resolution 1280x720
    Shadows Low
    Tesselation Low
    TriDef3D False
    VSync False
    VolumetricLight Middle
