"Starting problem" need help asap pls | Forums

I just bought and downloaded GRFS thru Steam (Win7)
When I click play I kept getting a "Starting problem"
Description: It kept saying that there are some other ubisoft games/lauchers running in the background
Tried: Re-download + Disable all the start-up programs then rebooted the PC still not working
Please help!

Why no1 help even the mods? this is quite a bad impression for me to Ubi...

Lucky you, I get no pic or sound when starting the game, it just hangs there forever
