    I'm having the same problem. However, it WAS working fine like 5 hrs ago. Then, I got one random crash, and then it started disconnecting again. And I don't get to play a match after 7 disconnects...

    I'm not saying people don't have the right to complain.It was pretty frustrating for me too. However, I work in a similar company in terms of the dev team -> customer relations -> customers dynamic and I can tell you it doesn't help much. I doubt that when you report an issue/bug you don't exactly heap criticism on the devs when you do it. So the hate people are putting on here just makes the folks that feel our pain feel like crap and doesn't really change how fast the dev team is gonna fix things.

    Also, about this. it was incredibly easy as an EU player to sneak by Steam's region detection and activate early. From what I saw when I played a couple matches right after the game unlocked it was fine, but then as more people got in it got kinda bad. What I think is many EU guys got mixed in and caused really bad connections going between EU and NA and this is why so many people are dropping. I think after the actual EU release in a day and a bit when EU is almost always with EU and NA is always with NA it'll be much better. I mean, when it was less people online right when it unlocked it was a breeze. I got into 2 matches very fast and got rolling quick.
