As long you are not one of those tyrannts who abuse authority. I have no problem you being a Moderator. I remember this new guy becoming a Moderator and he is a tyrannt. He was on the EA forums. Banning and closing threads left and right. Of course he was a ex-" Merican" soldier. How come every soldier that I come across are ****** bags. " I fought for our freedom boy, so you should bend over for me". Why are people allowed to have authority. All it's done is make us a miserable society.

Listen guys, thanks for the welcome messages and the support - I admit I have strayed over the lines with the forum rules a few times - for those that asked the answer is NO - I am not a tyrant / dictator and I do not get kicks from any position or authority - I am the same as you guys but have a tag against my name.
There is no special treatment or anything, I will not get info that you guys don't already know- it is simply to moderate on these forums which will possibly send me on a one way stop to the looney bin. (I do try to pester people with questions which I share if I get any info or answers)
I am part of an admin team on another site and have hovered around the Far Cry scene and various sites for about 6 years, unfortunately it is all on Consoles so I am blind when speaking for the PC side of the game as I have no experience on that platform.
On our site I have only ever banned one member and that was for signing up to spam 100s of times with posts linking to wedding dresses, any bans were done by other admins, that stuff is not my style to be honest.
I enjoy the map editor and both single & multiplayer sides of the Far Cry games but have never been in a Clan or in a competitive group that plays on a regular basis.
I have opinions just the same as you all do and we are a passionate bunch - my opinion right now is that the forums are a mess, we have too many threads that carry the same title or questions, there is a lot of spamming going on - some posts are done in a way that they get a reaction / response which could lead to flaming at a later date.
The only way we get the forums working correctly is if we take a few extra seconds to think before posting and if we can respect each others opinions and views, then we should eventually have a better place.
There are loads of threads and it would take forever to read through them all so I understand the reason for some of them been duplicated - I might have even started some of them myself
I know there will always be some that don't see eye to eye with me so I will have to agree to disagree at times.
There is no need to bump this thread any further up - there is far more important things then discussing a new MOD on here - so thanks again for the kind words.
