where do i redeem my key there is no redeem key anywhere and the apply for beta button does nothing when clicked

chances are, you're trying to redeem a key for the wrong region
try
ghostrecononline.uk.ubi.com/signup/enter-beta-key
if your key is in the UK region and
ghostrecononline.us.ubi.com/signup/enter-beta-key
if your key is in the US region

if you're not in either regions (like me) you're likely stuck with a wasted key you'll not be able to use (like me) unless someone enlightens me
