Can send and accept gifts, but cannot actually play the game!!
It has been two days now and I cannot collect the meds I have had prepared for me in the pharmacy, nor can I actually treat ANY patients whatsoever!!!
What ever you did when you ADDED new crap to the game, which was already JUST FINE AS IT WAS!!! WHY "FIX" SOMETHING THAT ISN'T BROKE????
BUT.....since you implemented these changes, I CANNOT get my meds from the pharmacy, cannot treat patients, nor can I play the game!!! All I can do is recieve and send gifts!! I can't even visit friends and help them out!!!! THIS IS SO SEVERELY ANNOYING I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW TIRED I AM OF ALL THESE DIFFERENT APPS DOING THIS CRAP!!!! I HAVE SPENT THE "CASH" REQUIRED FOR THE MEDS, IT SHOWS THAT I DID, THE MEDS ARE READY, BUT WHEN I CLICK ON THEM, I DO NOT GET THEM!!!!
I TRY TO TREAT ANY PATIENT, CLINIC, WARD, WHATEVER AND ABSOLUTLY NOTHING HAPPENS!!!
Now then, I have actually spent over $50.00 on this game so that I could enjoy it more as I don't have many "neighbors", and this is the thanks I/we get for not only supporting you, but for playing your game in the first place!!!!
I am having the exact same problem you are and i havent been able to play for at least a week (maybe even 2 or 3) , i gave up on it sooo long ago but tried again and no fix
i can understand your frustration!!
I am also having this problem. This is been 2 weeks for me.... It is really frustrating because this problem seems to be profile specific. My husband and all my other friends that play are having no troubles. I contacted support twice and was told there is nothing they can to and that they hope my issue is resolved soon. The only fix i have found is to create a "fake" Facebook account and just friend the ones who play the game. I had to start over, but that is the only way i have been able to fix it.
All of these issues are being worked on as we speak. I can't give you a time of resolution, and we appreciate your patience, but it will all be solved as soon as they can get it done.

Would be nice to actually have some energy to play :/ why are some people stuck with none and it not refilling?

Please make sure you are logged into you Uplay/Facebook Account. Under Platform and Title, select “Facebook/Web Games” and in the same dropdown you will see “House” and then select your category.
