I believe that the BETA will begin somewhere in September from what I heard. Also, I expect the BETA will be, once more, exclusive for the PS3 (Fellow Xbox players unite!)

Pattington's right, it was like 6-8 weeks before the release of Revelations.

For anybody interested in a beta pass, if they release them, I'd recommend setting up a secondary account here and login to Uplay from the game. Seemed like there were more regulars here getting beta passes from old secondary accounts than actually getting them from their primary accounts.

For the sake of everyone I hope it's released sooner rather than later as Ubisoft need as much time as possible to start patching things, and even then there's no guarantee
