    Unhappy Splicer doesn't work

    I bought the Leopard coat splicer yesterday and unfortunately the first foal I assigned it did not have the pattern at all though I set it on 100%.
    When I tried again this morning I notices the pattern will not use up breeding badges either, so it probably won't work at all.
    I paid for this with saddle dollars, can it be fixed please?
