There is nothing more frustrating than spending a whole days worth of thinking, "can't wait to go home and maybe play a bit of GR multiplayer just to unlock that piece I wanted" and finding out that your characters have been RESET to Lvl. 0. What gives, back to start? Not only is the leveling system a bit difficult to work with, due to the current errors in the multiplayer experience, but to find out that your characters were RESET and with nothing to compensate for it... Seriously, I've played hours of game time and I didn't even get my Spec. Tokens back at the very least. Ubisoft should definitely look into these errors before they lose even more fans. It's 8:51 a.m. eastern time here in Mass. and only 3,500 people are playing on the 360. That's a big jump from the 30,000 that they had when they first started. I payed for my copy of GRFS thinking it would be a good investment. "Something I know I can always look forward to," I said. Instead, I ended up with a very upsetting multiplayer experience and RESET characters, some of which I worked very hard for in such a small period of time. Thanks UBISOFT...

Hi, have you tried rebooting the game, this usually brings them back. A cloud patch was brought out on 14th June to fix this.

If after a reboot they still haven't come back then please contact technical support.

i lost 3 40+ and 1 level 50 character yesterday. nothing has came back. all my characters are now level 0 and i have contacted tech support til i was blue in the face.at the very least they should replace your credits so you can unlock your mods. who wants to start all over when you have invested 3 days of gaming? its rediculous. no use of complaining on these forums though, ive read thousands of posts and have yet to see one of them resolved. its a joke
