i have not been able to get on in 4 days all that money not collected what a waste....keeps reloading at horse shoe

Im writing this on behalf of my friend Jeanette (:

She is having this issue with her game too. It would'nt go any further than the Initializing page, where it stays for some time before it goes back to the loading page, then back to initializing and so on. I explained to her that i wrote in here and my problem got solved.(see the quote) She was getting logged out of this forum all the time while she tried to post this, so i did it for her (:

It's been that way for me for some time now, stuck at the page with "initalizing" (the green screen with the horse shoe), cant remember when it started -.- i tried 2 different computers, and all 3 of my browsers on the first computer, and it doesnt help at all! I even tried deleting cookies and that stuff which i was recomented, but it still didnt work -.-
