Does anyone know which character this is?

Do not know. This was a name in the credits right? Cause I think it could be a second tier character that maybe they had more for it, but never evolved. Like how Gramkos is a second tier character. It could be the guy you stabby stabby into the hood of the pick up truck.

You're right it is a name in the credits. I did not think of the Black Arrow officer, you're right that he might be Valentine. I'll have to play Michigan Ave Reservoir to see if I can find any references to his name.

The credits also mention "Denise Martinez". I think she's the receptionist at Third Echelon Headquarters. I don't know why but when I read "Denise" I just thought of her.

I found out who Warren Valentine is!!
he is the scientist you save on White Box. I went back to play. His name badge says W. Valentine.

Denise Martinez is the scientist that Prentiss takes in White Box. Sam rescues her in Michigan Ave. Reservoir.
