A few days ago, I downloaded the demo version of I Am Alive on PS3. I restored the console (PS3) to the factory default settings and re-downloaded the game from the PSN Store. While downloading the demo level, I bought the full game patch (6 KB) for 19.99 $ . The problem is that when I try to install it, the installing bar stops at 14% and gives this error message (80029564).

Is there any possible sulotion to this problem?? Or at least can I get a refund?

Unfortunately you will have to contact Sony for assistance with this. There number is 1 800 345 7669. Do you have the ability to try to download on another network?

The problem has been resolved. If anyone has this problem, make sure to DELETE the corrupted installing file before downloading it again from the store.

Another thing, NEVER pause the downloading process because it may cause the file to corrupt.
