    You'll notice there are several folks with this issue, and your fix didn't help them, either? I can follow simple instructions, and put those files where they need to go, and I did so. I followed every step outlined by both Chem, and yourself. Didn't change a thing. Launcher still sits at 0/1.6GB, never behaves any different than before your so-called "fix".

    So before you try to tell me what I did and didn't read, maybe YOU should read MY posts, and try to follow along.

    So, after manually torrenting the files, and putting them where they need to be, the launcher is still the issue. It just won't connect. It tells me it's at 1.58 of 1.6GB, and the bitrate stays at 0B. This is what my "status" screen shows, clearly, it won't connect. I have no issues with any other games/websites, and my ping to our TS is nice and stable, with no packet loss. If there IS a connection issue here, it's on UBI's end.

    Full format/fresh 64 bit windows 7, nothing but windows, drivers, and GRO. Problem persists.

    Thanks for sending us this feedback. Sometimes the status screen takes a couple-tries to load. I definitely understand your frustration. The best thing that you can do to help us is to contact customer service with the relevant details about your situation. We will take that information and ensure that it's sent to the appropriate tech-ops, and developers.

    Unfortunately, I can't guarantee you an instant-fix. This is an issue that will take time to solve, but we can't begin to help everyone unless we get the proper information. It's important that you remain calm about this, as the folks in this thread want to see you in-game as much as you wish to be in-game

    Thank you for your continued patience, and I hope that you will stick around to see this issue solved.

    I sent the ticket yesterday, and I know these things take time.

    IDK if this is relevant, but I can still download games off steam, browse the web, BF3 runs fine, War Thunder (a flight sim in beta) lets me connect and play with a stable ping to their servers in Belarus, these issues seem very much limited to GRO.

    Hey Creep. I think it's definitely an issue on our side. Hopefully no one has indicated that you're somehow to blame. I think earlier in the thread we have a classic case of someone trying to fix an engine in the dark. Troubleshooting takes time, and there are so many different possibilities for why it wouldn't be working correctly. Which is why we've asked for as much info as possible.

    These issues can be very frustrating, especially considering the fact that you've been playing over multiple phases and have been an active member of the community. I really appreciate your patience with this.

    I have some new info on this. After discovering that I couldn't connect to another game I hadn't played in awhile, I went troubleshooting. Turns out my router was in the process of turning into a brick. After replacement, it tests good, so hopefully I'll be able to continue testing your wonderful game.

    And incase anyone else is still having this issue, run the built in diagnostics on your router. I was lucky enough to find the issue before my net went out completely. Yours could be going south also, taking a look won't hurt.

    So you didn't try EVERYTHING in the thread I linked then, one of the tips is to try bypassing your router and connecting directly to your modem.

    I may have my terms confused, the manual describes this thing as a router, but it's the only thing between my comp and the internet.
