High Levels being Matched to Low Level Game - Request for Sportsmanship | Forums

OK, so recently, I've been dropped into games where I'm 10 levels or so higher at a minimum than other players, and a fireteam of full 2X vs a fireteam of 1s and 2s.

If this happens to you guys, it would be cool if you switched to your GI or Level 5 weapons to balance things out. We're having a lot of people quitting early and it simply isn't fun flattening people with Mk 2, high armor, etc.

So, basically, gimp yourselves for a challenge and to make it fun for everyone. Because the last thing we need is for people to leave because of poor balance.

I was doing that on my Assault earlier.

Trying to get to 30 with my Recon though, mostly SR-25 and MP7. I'll hold off on buying the MP9 as well.

PM5 on my Spec since the Pentagun is still better than the PM5 IMO.

Try MP5K if you want a head to wall challenge. Leveled with that instead of MP5 back when it had GOOD damage :P

I just sit back and not play for the most part when this happens. But if my team's losing I want to make sure I can somehow reverse the situation. 'Cause I'm like that.
I was considering buying a level 1 weapon and upgrading it but then I realized that I wouldn't have enough money for a Mk.II squad support.

I've always took PM5 for reaction and accuracy. They also did a significant blanket accuracy nerf to shotguns. That's also why I stick to M500SV

Level 1 gear isn't (or really shouldn't) be junk.

I tried using the M27 GI on players today. Did okay. Not going to stop a Level 15 Player, but it's not horrible. That being said, you're going to want to get off a GI weapon to a standard-type weapon such as the D20.

US servers prolly shoulda took a book from the EU's this one time if that is being the case, and saddly I don't think gear has much to do with it. Could still be rocking lvl 1 gear and put a good dent in the team if you're from the previous beta's. Mainly because of that thing called knowledge

I found myself using my m96 sv after 2 game of people saying the games matchmaking was horrible. I tried explaining the low server population to them but some people just don't listen. =\

It is not only unbalanced levels it is unbalanced numbers. Many of the games I am in our side is down 2 and sometimes even 5 players. The balance system is piss poor at this stage and I hope it sees a few more passes.
