Hi!!.....Please help!!.....I am having a problem repeating case 16.03......

I have completed all locations to 100%, and although all the floor squares have cleared, the evidence has not. I did try a couple of squares to see if that cleared it but it didn't, so I am not sure if the items are hidden or not. and I don't want to waste any more energy on this if the rooms are empty!!
