If you do it all the time, you run the risk of someone getting angry and quitting mid-hack which not only ruins your hack, but can cause a host migration that may DC the game.
I'd say don't do it as hacking someone is lame enough, it's just vindictive and childish, but there was one time where I ran up on a guy hacking my teammate while one of his men stood guard and I ran in stunning the hacker and meleeing the guard before they could react. When my teammate got up, he tbagged the guy that was hacking him (who was now being hacked by me) while I finished then I let him take the shot to kill him.
In a situation like that, tbagging is fine, but if you always do it, I'd call it unsportsmanlike.
If you want to be respected, fight fair. If you want to win, do what is necessary.

I went to data hack some guy, started the hack, got disconnected. I thought "must have slipped off the button", moved and started to hack again, turns out the guy had a med pack and for some reason it cancelled my hack and he proceeded to stab me in the throat. Pure embarrassment

I thought I was alone, I love stun-bagging. But I find that if you stun and leave you can capture stuff while they lay helpless, and more teammates run to help leaving themselves open for stun.I stunned three people in the same area cause they were looking the same way.
I hate getting teabagged, but that is because everytime I get teabagged it was some guy with a shotgun who barely managed to kill me even though he got the first hit...
