-Female characters could be more agile, and move quickly/silently through the battlefield, the males in GRFS seem to jump down ridges/over obstacles in slow motion.
-But in order to move quickier, they'd need to use lighter weaponry, like the standard assault rifles/SMGs available in the game, with the exception of Shotguns/PDWs/MGs/UB attachements.
-They could hack objectives/enemies a LITTLE BIT quickier than male soldiers, given that they've received special training to develop their concentration and focus on the battlefield.
-Female soldiers could have more melee attack styles, like hand-to-hand combat, but the player cannot be under fire from other enemy soldiers while doing so.
I'm sure Ubisoft would do a good job balancing female soldiers, if they ever added them,
(But I'd certainly hesitate to hit an enemy female soldier in the head with a melee attack, it wouldn't feel right to me. :/)
