Ihope they use this to the FULL EXTENT and add in everything I, and many many other fans want!!! That'd be cool.

Yeah, I brought that point up earlier but i don't think it was really talked about -- all (or most) of our ideas regarding gameplay mechanics come from the old SC games which are Ubisoft-owned and thus THEIR ideas.

I hope they implement some of our ideas if not then WTF are we doing?
Variable speed gives more control over your walk/sneak which in turn gives your animations a personal touch and increases re-playability. It is also tied directly into the AI sound system.
Analogue controllers where created to give you more control over your character and the Developers have a responsibility to use it.
For me it's a no buy without it.

WASTING OUR TIME! Hopefully we havent just been wasting time until a game that implemented almost nothing of what we said. Should they build a game exactly to our specifications? Yes and no. If it'd make them more money and thats what would work and what they want...then yes. But if they have a specific idea....then often the fans are stupid. Need I remind anyone of countless slash fic websites where Draco Malfoy and Harry Potter bang? I'm sure we can be all glad JK Rowling didn't take fans into consideration haha

    Its a gray area, this.

The ideas we post are basically taken by Ubi as feedback. If there are 100 posts about redesigning Mark and Execute and 100 posts on adding an improved variable speed mechanic...then the Devs read it as well..M&E needs tweaking and Variable Speed needs to be added.

It's the Goal...the way you get to it is different. So the Devs may have an entirely different take on the mechanic with different ideas.

I just hope that I actually like what they make...legitimately like it. I doubt I'll love it but that's a possibility -- just SCC was a huge letdown though I still play D-Ops to this day. Patrick Redding saved the game with D-Ops. Barely. It's on lifesupport...I'd love for the series to get a full recovery and be back on its feet and better than ever...I hope it doesn't die...

**** all imo. I have yet to see a developer actually take on board the fan's opinions.

Now if Blacklist came out and no one bought it, and it flopped in sales, perhaps they might...

    This.

In Resident Evil for example can be seen ideas that have been scraped in past games but have been re-used in the newer games.
