Whenever I try to play multiplayer, I enter the loabby, the timer ends and the game continues to load for as long as I let it. According to xbox support this has nothing to do with my xbox live profile of cosole. Has anyone had this issue, and if so how do I resolve this.
Join the club. They say they're working on i. Do you have all 6 characters unlocked? Cuz if so that's probably the reason behind this glitch
well it definitely is because i maxed my 3 characters and unlocked my 3 extras i just played 5 games in a row with surprisingly no issues under my sons screen name none of his characters
are past level 15 he doesn't really play cause all the lag is BS and theres to many campers funny considering he only 7yrs old
then tried to play under my name and got the infinite loading sceen
This only happens under my profile. I can use my nephews profile and go into a multiplayer game every time. I do also have 2 level 50 characters, but for some reason have all 6 characters unlocked. According to xbox I need to contact Ubi on Monday.
yeah there are large number people (including myself) with the same problem. It's a matter of sitting tight and waiting for ubisoft to sort it, however long that may take......
well supposedly there will be a patch/title update before the release of artic strike dlc release which hopefully is soon if it doesn't fix it or if its not out before the dlc theres no way in hell im getting it
This is the exact same problem I've been having!
It all started on Friday night (6/15).
Before that I had 2x level 50 characters, I logged in to find 1 of my characters ( engineer) was back @ level 33. Even though I still had my character unlocked from reaching level 50.
Later that night I started having this problem where no multiplayer game would load. It would either freeze my XBOX or just stay on the loading screen foreever.
After giving up that night, I logged back on the next day and it's been doing it ever since.
To make matters worst I noticed I have all 3 extra characters unlocked, my engineer is back @ level 50, but my scout is around level 33!
Anyways this is extremely frustrating and annoying.
I really wish these people would get their stuff together, espeacialy since Clancy games have such a small , but dedicated/loyal fanbase....

Ok, so after a very long night of troubleshooting I've figured out a fix for this issue. AND IT ISN'T PRETTY...
You basicaly have to replace your multiplayer chracters.
What I did was went into "Characters" and replaced each one! Started with my 2 x level 50s, and my 33 Scout.
Then I replaced my unlocked characters as well. When I replaced the characters I reordered them also, not sure if that makes a difference.
I replaced all 6 of my characters, but I'm not sure if it would work with just replacing one.
Need confirmation on that. I'd start by replacing 1 level 50 and go from there.
I was desparate to play so I just went and replaced all of them. Just like I figured it worked!
Biggest thing now is I lost my Uplay unlocks and preorder bonuses. Uplay won't unlock the guns becuase it says I've already unlocked them, and I can't get my preorder bonuses because it says my "code has already been redeemed".
This is very disappointing.
I hope Ubisoft has a plan to correct and make up for this situation.
To jump through that many hurdles to enjoy something you love is beyond ridiculous!
Espeacialy when you've spent your hard earned money on it ...................................
Ok, looks like I spoke way too soon....After replacing my characters and playing for a few hours (reached lvl 13 Rifleman), I took a short break and when I came back it was THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. Unable to load into a multiplayer game!!!
Tried deleting Uplay Passport and clearing system cache (Xbox) and still nothing. Just infinite loading screen...
Thought I'd try replacing my character again and it didn't work. Atleast not by replacing my one character with ranks.
To tired and frustrated to try anything else.
WHAT A LETDOWN UBISOFT HAS PRODUCED, and this game had such potential....
