my rifleman was level 26 and dropped to 20, my scout was level 20 and dropped to 15, and my engineer was level 21 and dropped to 15. i worked really hard to level them up does anyone know why this happened and know how to fix it. please help

your screwed man no fix! it happened to me but i got re set back to lvl 0 i lost everything

actually i got all my levels back and they gave me extra credits and all my guns and stuff i made

The same happened to me while I was playing marketplace. I got knocked down five levels or so but I kept my higher level gear

I thought that Battlefield 3 was the worst game ever released ( in terms of bugs and issues) but I think that GRFS is the winner now! I had all my bets on this game, but it's a total let down!! UBISOFT need to do something because there are only a few fans of Ghost Recon like me, and I bet that most of the people will get tired of waiting an update and they will come back to their BF3 or MW3.....
Ghost Recon Future Soldier is awesome, but it's unfinished, the campaign gets stuck if you use the "select mission" feature, the online is screwed due to region data issues, the serves are LAGGY, should I continue????
I don't want a game like BF3, I mean, where I have to download tons of Gb of updates to be able to play correctly!!!
Modern Warfare 3 can be outdated and arcade, but at least their formula works perfectly, and that's why they are billionaire!!
Do you want an example of real life formula where there's no innovation but everybody likes it? Take as example the AR 15 rifle platform, where most of the military in the world adopted this platform and besides all the downsides of the little 5.56x45mm caliber, it's still in use more than never, and why? Because it WORKS.... So, I want something that works for me, and I think MW3 stick to their old formula but they delivered something functional at least! And it hurts to me to acknowledge that because I hate COD games, but I gotta give them the credit for that.
UBISOFT should learn from the winners and improve, I don't see that happening

My levels were lost to, but I don't know who to contact on the issues, so all I did was just keep on leveling, I do really like this game and some of the lag issiues could be fixed with some american servers. And these extra servers will most Likly lessen the drain on the main servers.

i got all my stuff back a long time ago and i dont know why everyone says the servers are bad i never have any trouble

I've NEVER had a night where I could play multiplayer without connection losses, spawn reload time lags or the ever popular
system lags, where it can take 3-5 mag reloads to kill ONE guy, only to have his buddy kill you with one bullet.

Heck, We've even had server disconnects in co-op campaign, which of course messes up the game for everyone playing.

Sadly, this is hands down the worst game I've played on XBoxLive to date. I like the idea of the game, and some of the features and
on the rare occasions when it actually functions, it's pretty fun. But there are so many game breaking problems with this software,
if I could have returned it to Gamestop for a full refund, I probably would have 2 weeks ago.

And I NEVER trade games in.

I really hope that they finally work out the kinks, but the bad word of mouth has already hurt this game in the eyes of the
game buying public and overall glitchy nature of the current condition of the game makes me seriously reconsider any
future game purchases or DLC from Ubisoft.

Here's hoping they finally fix it a month later. At least when MW3 had problems with their Elite service for the first 2 weeks
they game you free stuff (Double XP tokens and stuff like that) to make up for it.
