Probably not exactly. Join or Die and Freedom Editions are EU exclusive. U.S./NA are getting our own different CE apparently with an announcement coming soon.

I remember playing it a lot. lol. I enjoyed it. Also, AC III is about New York, Boston and the Frontier between both... Not the Oregon Trail O_O.
