Hello! is it posiblle to change the third person to first person in settings? on future soldier on pc?

In terms of general gameplay, no.
However you are placed in a first person perspective when aiming down sights.

Well, it's fairly standard in all Ubis third person games like Splinter Cell, the Rainbow Six series etc

Pretty sure it was OTS in Conviction, at least for unscoped weapons.

Splinter Cell, all weapons without scopes were OTS. Scoped weapons with true magnification had a horrible scope implementation.

Rainbow Six, from cover, all RDS and Irons had OTS. Scoped weapons had scope implementation. All weapons out of cover have working sights.

Conviction actually has a more realistic scope system than most games, with only the "scope area" of your view magnified, not the whole screen. How it handles, that's another thing...

ghost recon is never first person unless you aim down the sights, then yes

I've been waitin' for quite some time for a decent tactical TPS. I saw the preview for Spec Ops and now I don't know if I'll be grabbing it after all. Just doesn't look right when seeing the videos.
